A list of documentaries about world events which stimulate perspectives that break-out of the politico-corporate media stranglehold and the mythologies perpetuated about those events. Far too much of the historical record is contaminated with the mythologies of the political elites.

Evidence of Revision: The Assassination of America (2012)
This is a lengthy (ten and a half hours), if somewhat melodramatic, presentation of several historically significant events in America's past; it is loaded up with documentary footage strung together in such a way as to seriously reframe the original versions of events. As the documentary notes, "history may be revised even as it is being written." The topics covered are the assassinations of JFK, RFK, MLK and the Jonestown massacre. This last topic is a mind-blower.

9/11 Blueprint for Truth: The Architecture of Destruction (2008)
This is the most important bit of recent historical information that Americans don't know enough about. This presentation and the information contained within it are unimpeachable as scientific facts--and the implications are clear: 2 airplanes cannot knock straight-down 3 buildings, no matter the religion of the pilots.
There's a reason why 60 Minutes, 20/20, 48 Hours or any other "news" outlet cannot show this presentation: the American people would demand an accounting, so cover-up is the norm.

Waco: The Rules of Engagement (1997)
FLIR (forward looking infrared) footage shows the FBI's assassination of the Branch Davidians by gunfire and tank assault. The balance of the documentary shows the subsequent cover-up of the ATF's and FBI's crimes by Congress and the media. If this can happen in America, then just about anything could. No wonder it was up for an Academy Award...uh, did anyone with any prosecutorial authority see the awards ceremony, by the way? Gheez, just how derelict are our institutions?

Why We Fight (2006)
Senator John McCain (R-Arizona) makes an appearance in this documentary and this appearance was influential in my selecting McCain to focus upon in the hunger strike.

For me the unimpeachable evidence is the presence of cut steel beams on the interior of the building which enabled the collapse. These cannot be severed without precisely-targeted energy/heat, these are called "shape charges". It can't happen from fertilizer exploding in the back of a vehicle, doesn't matter how big or how close to the building. Also, watch the bomb-squad pull-up to the area in the immediate aftermath to remove other shape-charges that failed to go off. It was all caught by media.

RFK Must Die: The Assassination of Bobby Kennedy (2007)
The story of the assassination of Robert Kennedy by Sirhan Sirhan, a 24 year old Palestinian whose notebooks repeatedly declare "RFK must die." Sirhan has never been able to remember the shooting and gross oversights made by investigators leave numerous unanswered questions:

This is an excellent piece of investigative journalism that reveals a humongous surveillance apparatus has been constructed in the wake of September 11, 2001. There's no way to really measure it because it is diffused across the entire country and embedded in places you might not suspect.
